And when I saw this print, I immediately knew it had to be hers and naming this piece after her felt like my own quiet way of keeping her close. Some stories behind the designs are for everyone to know. And some are just a little more personal."
The Shy Dress is cut from printed organza, designed to move beautifully with the wearer. A softly flowing maxi silhouette falls from a delicate gathered halter neckline, finished with a low back and tie fastening. The front of the dress can be worn naturally loose or gently gathered using the hidden popper fastening, creating a subtle dart and changing the shape of the dress. The dress also features an invisible zip at the back and is also lined creating volume. The neckline is finished with the same tactile faux fur that the jacket is made from creating the perfect illusion that the pieces are one.
Together, the dress and jacket become a statement, the softness of the flowing organza against the texture of the fur. But each piece is designed to live beautifully on its own, too.
