At Avlis Porte, we hope you love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. However, if for any reason you’d like to make a return or exchange, please read our policy below:
Returns & Exchanges Window
Unworn and unused products may be returned within 14 days after the date your order arrives at the requested delivery address.
Item Condition
All items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these conditions, including makeup, perfumed or personal scents on the item suggesting signs of wear.
Return Shipping
Please note that returns are not free. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. All parcels must be returned using a tracked service, as Avlis Porté cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within the 14-day window. Exchanges are subject to availability. Free UK Exchanges for up to 1 time. For International orders shipping for exchanges must be paid for by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note delivery fees are not refundable.
For UK returns, delivery fees of £5.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the loss of the free shipping you received on your order.
International Returns Policy
We’re proud to offer very low-cost worldwide shipping and cover a large portion of the shipping cost ourselves to keep orders affordable for our customers.
Because international shipping is significantly subsidised by us, if you choose to return your order Avlis Porté will deduct the amount we paid towards the shipping cost from your refund
For Example UAE shipping costs £24.39 however you will only pay £6.20 meaning Avlis Porté pays £18.19 if your item is returned £18.19 will be deducted from your refund.
